I am a member of a Freecycle group here in the area. Yesterday a lady put quilt magazines on to give away. I was the first to reply so she gave them to me. I figured 10 - 12 mags. NOOOOO I went and met her today and she gave me 100 quilt magazines. I am in heaven!!!!!!

I really do Terri. I have given a few things away and I have gotten a few. Most reciently we gave away the scrap drywall from the sewing room project. My husband bet no one would take it. LOL

Got office chairs on wheels for my senior citizen ladies who quilt at church! Makes a big difference to be on a chair that can be adjusted! :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

I love freecycle too! We got rid of a lot of stuff, and I've gotten some neat stuff too!!

and where do you live? I have tons. not ready to part with them yet but i do get into our freecycle site, so that's a good idea. i hate to see quilt mags go to waste. good for you getting so many. pay it forward later.
