I never get these deals at the thrift store but today:

1 Calvin Klein 100% cotton king size sheet-$1.00 (white)
1 set Calvin Klein 100% cotton full size sheet set -$1.00 (blue)
3 yards premium brown/blue paisley fabric-$3.00

Happy Dance here! That equals 1 white quilt back for my white/red Christmas quilt and
1 Back and coordinating fabric for my dh scrappy blue/brown quilt

so glad I went...

I have never found anything the times I went-I think quilters must camp out on their door steps on a daily basis to get first pick!!LOL I have been searching for a basic non-steam iron for just fusible applique and the like, but so far lo luck. I also wish I could score someone's stash at a garage sale!!
