Does anyone know the name of this quilt pattern and where I might purchase it ??? It says "grace quilt" but haven't had any luck in searches. thank you !

This pattern gave me an idea how to increase size of strip blocks of various sizes I had left over from differen projects...they can be cut down a little and the hst effect on each corner. Hope it works, any opinions?
