My hubby gave me one of these and I love it. Use it for any screw and my machine.

I wonder . . . . if I wrap my seam rippers with the sport bandage, will that keep them from rolling away? Also markers, pencils, pens, etc. I have to get some of this and try it. Thanks for the idea!

And, I'm going to Harbor Freight to see if I can buy a couple of those offset screwdrivers.

I have this same screwdriver. Even though it's grooved for a good grip I wrapped it in the self adhesive sport bandage. Doesn't need much obviously but I get a really good grip when I need to use it. DH laughed til he needed to use it. We have since purchased a couple more and wrapped them. ALso with the bandage it doesn't slide.

I must be the only one not having trouble with the BL screw disc. It works just fine for me. There is a short and squat screwdriver available but I find it even more cumbersome to use than the disc.

I have confiscated a stubby from hubby's collection...works better than the ones that come with the machines. Really like the look of that offset screwdriver. Will have to hunt that one down....

That is what I bought a year or two ago saved a lot of grey hairs and bad words :)

I went to Harbor Freight yesterday to buy one of the offset screwdrivers only to find that they sell them only in a set with a jillion other screwdrivers (OK, maybe only 20 or so) for $13.00. When I asked a store employee, she said they don't sell them separately, but to try the auto supply stores. So that is what I will try tonight.

I use a penny as well.If I ever lose it I will be lost as we no longer have pennies here in Canada.
