Seam presser stick, Thank You
 

This is a big thank you to Jacquie in Oklahoma for her tute on making the seam presser stick from 1/4 round molding. It has made pressing my state star blocks so much easier. Thank you, Thank you:thumbup:

I've been meaning to make one but haven't gotten to the store to get the 1/2 round. I'm glad she posted it too!

This sounds interesting. I missed the post, where can I find it?

I don't remember where the original post is but in essence you get yourself a 1/2 round piece of lumber (the kind used for trim in molding), wrap it with some batting then some fabric and staple those to the stick. Voila! you have a mini ironing board/stick to iron seams open.
