Looking for a 12-1/2" Windblown Square quilt pattern & also a pattern that was in Quiltmaker magazine that you just make 3 cuts & have your quilt pattern. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Sometimes when I need a pattern from an outdated magazine, I call the magazine and they send it to me via email. I have had wonderful luck.

Did you go to Quiltmaker's website and do a search for which issue the pattern is in?? Sometimes a designer changes the name. I found this site when I Google the pattern name:
http://www.quiltingassistant.com/windblownsquare.html This is a block divisible by 4" so changing the pattern should not be too difficult. Make each pieced square the size of 3" finished and you will have a 12" finished block. If you need a picture, PM me and I will draw out the quilt design and block construction on Electric Quilt and post it on this thread for you. |
