I just did a Turning twenty with fat quarters in less than a week for a local benefit. Instead of the 20 squares, I did 9 with some borders. You can google the pattern pretty easily!

Fons and Porter's Inkwell quilt is quick and easy. I made on from black, ivory and gold. http://www.fonsandporter.com/articles/inkwell

Check out Missouri Star Quilt Co. Jenny has some quilts that are really easy but look complicated.

What does the BQ stand for?

Here is another quilt that goes together easily - it is called Bailey's quilt. I'm not ready to let go of my pattern, but I can direct you to a store selling it.

Jane - your 10 minute block quilt is beautiful! I found the youtube video for this pattern and had my first block made in under ten minutes - fabulous!! Thanks so much for the heads up on this lovely, super easy quilt pattern!:)

My suggestion as always is WARM WISHES. Pick one large print for the framed square, pick a second matching but a bit smaller print for the un-framed square. The chose two of the darker colors for the sides of the rail fence block and a neutral for the center rail. I also prefer teeny tiny prints or tonals for the rail fence blocks.

Google "warm wishes quilt pattern" and you'll get plenty of info.

I agree! Warm Wishes is always my "go to" pattern for something quick that looks good.

Not sure if you found one yet. I seen this at a quilt show last week and I fell in love with it. I would assume it would be easy.
