I was reading about the Secret Quilt Fabric Angel. Is this the same as "secret sister"? If so how/when can I sign up for the swap??

This is not necessarily a swap. Some members send a secret squishy to another member and sign it from a secret quilt angel.

There is a monthly swap, where you send a package to a member too. Check out the swap area of the board :D:D:D
