A bit pricey for me. I got a few lights from Ikea that work great.

When I saw this thread, I thought of this from my childhood and though that you might have found some awesome new version that allowed me to see the project and by pressing the level sew it! Wouldn't that be neat? Instead of all the animals etc on here, imagine: Quilt (See and Say Size), Piecing (See and Say how many and what pattern), Fabric (See and Say and it appears) etc.... LOL, yeah I know I'm crazy!

Explosive blessings, abundance and inspiration to you all!

I think for the price I would buy a couple Ott lamps and be done with it!! It looks very cumberson to me.

I'd go with the Ott lights too

After watching the video, I diffinatly don't want one. It wouldn't work in the drop down table, around the embroidery unit, and way to much crap around the machine to suit me. But, everyone to thier own opinion.

I have an Ott Light, but it is a nuisance. I am always moving it either, because it's in the way or because the light isn't in the right place. And like DH said if you don't like it , you can return it.

I think it's high, but machines cost a lot more and then the light is poor. I know it's not my eyes, because the eye doctor just said they are great. Of course the machines are probably designed by a man who doesn't sew. LOL!.

I like the bendable light that attaches to the machine. you can bend it so it shines on the sewing area. I paid 49.95 but I see they have them listed on amazon.com for about 35.00.
