Seeking a specific BOM
 

I’d signed up to receive emails for a free monthly BOM from somewhere but I mistakenly cancelled it on unroll me. The last Wednesday of each month a block pattern would come. Each of the blocks has 3 identical blocks diagonally for each months block. Can anyone help me?
