I made the seminole trim and put it on towels for my MIL for a Christmas gift. It was easy and fun to do. It looks much more complicated than it really is.

I bet the towells looked really pretty with the trim. That is a good gift idea.

I used that book to make a strip of seminole to put across a sweatshirt for my late FIL.

After reviewing "google images'---the book by Dorothy Hanisko--Simply Seminole has bed size quilts in it. The one by Cheryl Bradkin has smaller projects.

Apparently I didn't take any pictures of the finished potholders, but I did take pics of the tops before I sandwiched and quilted them. Can't remember what book I got them from - an older quilting book from the library. |
