I was just wondering if anyone has ever ordered anything online from Sew 4 Less ? If so did you have good luck with it?

I have ordered embroidery software from Sew4Less once and was completely satisfied with my order.

I also ordered embroidery software from Allbrands once and it was a disaster. I ordered in a specific format, which they claimed they had. But it turned out the software in my format was discontinued, so they took it upon themselves to substitute software for Brother machines, probably thinking I would be happy with anything I got. Duh!! Repeated phone calls produced promises to pick up the merchandise since it was their error and to issue me a credit, but they failed to do either for months! Every time I called I got another rep who promised to take care of the problem but then failed to act. It was only after I disputed the charge with my credit card issuer that they were forced to respond and resolve the problem.

Thanks for your reply. I have seen where they have alot of items for different types of machines, and notions and such. There were some things I wanted to order, but was unsure. It's nice to know someone had a good experience. :D

I needed a plate for my sewing machine so I went online and ordered what I thought was the one I needed but after I received it, it wasn't the correct one. So I sent back the one I had received along with my broken plate and asked if someone could find the right one for me. It did not take much time , I received the new correct plate plus they returned my broken one. I was so appreciative that they took the time to find the right one so I could use my sewing machine once again. So I must say I have had good luck with them and the price was reasonable.
