This would totally not work for me, I have EDS (hypermobile).
My muscles have to work overtime anyway to keep me straight.
Those beds in the hospital that shift you every few minutes to
help with circulation & bedsore issues cause me IMMENSE pain.
I have an ancient, stable back office chair for sewing.

I figure it was well worth the price. My arthritis doesn't act up.

Yes, I did try an exercise ball first but that just didn't work.

I use a steno chair and I added a back support.

The help w/posture ( I could definitely use it)is nice but what I need most is a chair that does not contribute to the swelling in my legs. 1 hr in a regular chair of almost any kind except a recliner and my leg and especially my ankle and foot really swell up.
