Sewing machine with embroidery module
Hi, Almost Happy New Year to all.
I have a used Bernina Artista 185 which a purchased from my local dealer by trading in my Bernina 1260 that I had used for almost 20 years. I own two stand alone embroidery machines so I was not interested in the embroidery module that would have come with it. My question is for anyone who has such a machine or one similar. With the stand alone embroidery machine you start and stop it with a button. How do you run the embroidery module on the Artista without having to hold down the foot pedal of the machine the whole time the pattern is sewing out? It is not important but my curosity is killing me. Thanks, Mary |
I have that machine (Bernina 185) and it works the same way - push button start and stop - unless it runs out of thread, etc., in which case it stops automatically.

I think they won't run the embroidery with the foot pedal in, my brother asks you to unplug it
