At what level is your sewing machine when you are sitting there. I have adjusted my machine heights several times and also my chair but not really sure at what height everything should be.
Can someone please explain this to me.

My take is that ergonimically ....
Arms should be at 90degrees with the sewing machine working area (not your table, unless the machine is sunk into it). Likewise, hips, legs, knees 90 degrees to the foot pedal. If your chair has to be raised up to do so, you may need a platform for your feet and the foot pedal.

That being said ... whatever is comfortable for you to work, then that's what's right for you!

no matter what height the machine is, it is still important to take frequent breaks.
