sewing machine-Juki

Has anyone used the Juki sewing machines besides the one for quilting that people use on frames? They have one out that has lots of stitches and has a lot of other cool things, I believe it is the F600. The sewing machine dealer said they are really good machines, etc., but I know no one that has one. Thanks.

My neighbor has a couple of them and she is an awesome seemstress and has been for many years. She thinks they are the best!

I have a Juki TL2000Qi I love it. It is an all metal work horse. I would not take it to a retreat or sew in because it is just too heavy but, it can handle any task I give it. I don't have a lot of stitches but enough for me. Good luck with your decision.

I have the Exceed 600 and yes it is a fabulous machine. Easy to learn, sews through anything I have put through it (so far) isn't fussy about thread, makes beautiful stitches...when I am looking for a quilting machine I will be purchasing another Juki!
...Juki has been just about the biggest name in industrial machines for many years and are known for their quality.

I just bought a Juki F600 two days ago and will be watching this thread to see if I should have "buyers remorse". lol

Only buyer's remorse you should have is -- you didn't buy it sooner. I have the Juki TL98QE and love it, only a straight stitch machine, all metal, sew a beautiful stitch and works as long as I want. On weekends I sew about 8 hours a day. Just oil it up every so often and it is good to go. All brands have a sell on Juki machines. I would for sure buy another. I quilt on it but, don't have a frame, throat space is 9".

We went out looking at machines today. I saw the Juki F600, it has a lot of stitches. I didn't sew on it though. We also saw the Janome Memory Craft 6600P, I think it is. Also checked out the Babylock Serenade. I didn't look at any brothers. I am looking for the quilting version with decorative stitches and the long bed for more finger room when I am fmg'ing. Oh yes we saw a Pfaff 4.0 and expression 150. I don't have a clue, which machines are supposed to be good quality. The Berninas and Vikings are totally out of my budget. Thanks for the help.

Thank Jingle! Now I feel better. I'll take the free classes that were offered with the purchase and then get sewing on the Juki. The throat space on mine is only 8" but it's still better than what I had.
