LOL !! I have done that with both my machines sitting next to each other, felt very small when I figured it out. My hubby doesn't enter my room unless asked to come in . :-D
He doesn't feel safe !! LOL :-D |
The other night just before going to bed, I tried to "hang up" the TV remote. Didn't work very well. One thing though, I didn't try to change the channel with the phone.

I've yet to do that, but there are plenty of other things I've done just as silly. You made my day; glad you could laugh at yourself.

Yes, I did today. I wound a bobbin and sewed the whole side of shorts I was making. Took shorts off and fell apart. Well, forgot to put a spool of thread on. Guess have been quilting and forgot how to get mind on sewing clothes. I made all kind of boo boos today. Your not alone. I thought I was going downhill for awhile there.

I could not get my older, but loved, computerized Singer to work so I put it aside to have it repaired. No one would work on it. Found an ad for a used machine, drove 90 minutes, got it for a good price--a 1920's Singer in a beautiful stand. I missed my old machine but this little lady is a great quilt patch seamer. After almost a year I still couldn't find a repair person for the comp. Singer so I watched an episode of Hoarders for inspiration, bit the bullet, and removed the machine from the cabinet to junk it. Voila! The power cord was disconnected from underneath the machine but still attached to the cabinet. Wow! I fixed the problem all by myself. At least I now have a nice old back-up.
