Hello everyone!! Hope the start of your weekend is going good! Any who, I started quilting(fmq) a quilt for my niece tonight and I don't know about all you other quilters but I have found what works for me to get in the fmq groove and that's good tunes!! So I was 2 hours in and my back was killing me normally I am good so this really sucked, so I found a good stopping point then Cher! yes I said Cher "turn back time" came on my pandora station at first I was like "how the heck".... Lol then I could not help myself I totally got up and busted a move! Buste out the back ache too! Haha my husband thought I was crazy because I had earbuds in so he had no idea what the heck I was doing lol. So anyways long story short its ok to dance it out!! It gave me the push to get it done tonight too! Just thought someone out there will get a kick out of it or go yeah I totally do that too! Good night everyone, and good morning to others!!

Did your husband join in. My dogs think I. Am mad as after a stretch of quilting and keeping still for a time I have my own routine.
Stretch all areas like a dog or cat when they wKe uo
Wriggle and twist all through body keeps back free.
Now after a serious car accident I have a whiplash injury any deas on how I can stretch and wriggle that.

Sounds like fun!!!
