I would like to share some pictures of my sewing room prior to getting the ceiling put in and doors trimmed out. I love the brightness of my room. Even though I have no windows, it is nice and bright and I love spending time down in my "bat cave" as my DH calls it. It is in our basement. I only wish I could spend MORE time in my room. :lol:

Very nice. It will be a few less than 15 for me, I hope. For now I am in the dining room unless we have company. Then its rushed to our bedroom.

Mine is stuck in the basement also... except yours is a finished room!

Yes, my helper insists on being under at least one quilt.

My design wall is a flannel backed vinyl tablecloth hung on a quilt hanging rod.

Beautiful room and cheerful. I finally finished mine too. Still re-organizing the small things but am so happy. There are so many beutiful sewing rooms on here. Mine is a typical bedroom and no special effects but now I can sew. Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....Enjoy your room♥♥ Love the puppy too.

Great room! I LOVE the photo with your little helper on his bed. He even has his own quilt! :D

My hubby is great with electronics, but not so good with wood. He recognizes this and knows that a guy I work with has a unbelievable wood shop so hubby suggested he make one for me. I contacted him and told him what I would like and he designed and built it for me at an unreal low price! I just love working in my "space". :lol:

Actually, my little helper has MANY quilts! I always tell everyone he is my biggest fan of my quilts!

wow look at your space. What type of carpet tiles did you use?

We used Burber peal and stick tiles. Got them when they were on sale at Menards. They really stick and stay down.

Thank you. I do get many hours of enjoyment in "MY" room each week. I posted some other pictures of it completed with the ceiling in. Not sure where they ended up.

I knew being in the basement with no windows I wanted something bright. When I come up on a cloudy or a snowy winter day, I can't believe how good I feel having been in by bright room. :lol:
