I feel the same way whenever I sew on an older machine :D:D:D

That's a great idea! We could also write a little note about ourselves and how we acquired the machine.

I have told my children that I want certain machines and quilts to remain in the family. Both of my daughters (teenagers) have an interest in quilting and are already "claiming" machines and quilts. :lol:
