Is any one making the bunny hop? So far I have hopped 115 stores only 65 more to go. This is my first time to hop, Found a lot of good stores and neat stuff!

I am doing it. I won 4 yards of material during the January one! I was so surprised! The material were all off white or beige. That is great, because I don't have much of that color and am considering a log cabin that requires that color.

Have fun, I only have found less the a dozen so far. Some of then are tough!

I started it, but haven't "hopped" much. I may get back into it.

My DH asked if I really thought it was worth the time LOL. If I get anything it would be nice, but the way I see it ...I got to window shop and not burn any gas!!!

Yep, window shopping, but that takes a lot of will power!

I have done 70 so far on this one. Won $10 gift certificate 3 different times in 2009. It is a great way to see fabric lines and find some sales if there are things you "must have".

Yes I did the Febuary one and am almost half way through this months. Hopefully I will win something. I done it a couple years ago and won a 10.00 gift certificate to the store. The second time I had won the same thing except the store didn't really have anything much online so I didn't use it.

What is a bunny hop?

I've found about 50 so far. What's nice about this one, rather than February, is you only need 130 out of 180, whereas Feb was something like 120 out of 130, much tougher!

and you look for the bunny emblem from a list of online shops. There are drawings for various prizes, as long as you find a certain amount of bunnys you qualify for the drawings. All of the info is on the above website... It is a lot of fun :D:D:D

i've participated through the years. Every one should try it once. Good fun, and a real eye opener at what is available online.

I set my blinders for bunny hop and I rarely spend $. I bought some Beatles fabric once, but I think that's about it. If you focus on bunny-bunny-bunny, it helps save $ (though I'm guessing I have less fun than you :D )

I have about 80 bunnies found so far. Won a $10 GC from one of the shops that had nothing I wanted in it. Maybe this time I'll win the Grand Prize! lol

I've bookmarked a bunch of shops for future shopping. Especially the ones with great panels for baby quilts.

Only 5 shops to go. Found a lot of good stores with reasonable prices for when my money tree blooms!

I have hopped for years. The most I have won was a 10$ gift cert. I use them sometimes but mostly I dont find something for 10 dollars and the postage is usually more that that. But I still enjoy looking in all the shops,as my budget is sooo limited,I can look and compare and finally do the pattern and lets face it all the forums like this one to talk with other quilters as I am in a rural setting. jolo

Is it frustrating if you CAN'T find the bunny in a particular shop?

I am in the middle of this months shop hop. I am a loyal participant. I have won quite a few gift certificates and second place twice. I am the eternal opptimist and still hope for the big one. You can find some great buys and meet some nice owners of the web stores.Some of the sites could make it easier than they do for finding the bunny,and I tend to enjoy the sites who make it easy because finding the bunny soon leaves time to browse their site. Those who make it hard should take a lesson. Besides, you are so focused looking.. especiaslly when they make you go over and over the site that you are ready to exit once you have found it..if you do. There are times I just have to write and ask for a clue or please make it a better clue to find that elusive devil.

I've ended up at the same shops a couple of times and re-registered just because I was there......wonder if that counts as 2 separate? LOL

I won the shophop several years ago! I got a Brother quilting machine. It was shipped to me, no hassle, no problems. So the contest is legit. I have won several small gift certificates since.

I just registered and now I have to go to work. I don't understand it yet and any guidance would be helpful and appreciated.

I go to the members site and click on Shops not Visited and follow that list. It's an easier list to follow for me.

Our shop hop in Georgia is only 11 stores and I haven't done the hop in a couple of years. It's to many stores in to short of time to take everything in. Can't imagine doing as many as you all are.

I've managed to just scan through the shops looking for the bunny and have the blinders on to what is for sale... I wanted to see if I could find the bunny! I have gone back to check out what they offer though.

When you click on the site, do you have to search every page on that site to see if a bunny is there?

Some of the Shops give a clue on the 1st page as to where the Bunny can be found, but not all do that. Have fun hopping.

I have done them often over the years and was beginning to wonder if anyone really ever won anything. Finally I got notified that with the January hop I had won a $10 certificate to cherrywood fabrics. They definitely have lots of fabric I want.
