What a good day there. They had Warm and Natural batting on sale and while I was there I found some Girl Scout fabric to make a quilt for DGD when she bridges this spring. On top of the sales I had a 10%coupon off the entire purchase. What a buy.

Oh those are cute fabrics. I especially like the flowered one.

We have a Hancock 2 miles from home.

Pretty fabrics! I got an email today stating that they are having a warehouse sale starting 2/18-2/21. I may go and check it out!

Awesome.
One can never have to much W&N.
Love the Girl Scout fabric.
My daughter is a Daisy this year, I might have to get some of that!

DGD will be bridging from Daisy to Brownie. That's why I fell in love with that fabric

One good thing about Hancock is their good sales on batting. One not so good is their bad rep for customer service...if you have a problem, prepare for a real problem when you go back for help from them. Chances are you won't get any. I've had 2 bad experiences where simple solutions were possible, but the manager was rude and certainly not helpful. Hope all your experiences with them are good ones...I know there are lots of good stores out there, but we have heard of some bad ones.

I'm lucky to have one of the good ones by me. I've had very few problems and the ones I've had they have taken care of quickly and politely.

you are lucky, the hancocks near us has no selection.

The Hancocks near me has decent service (though often a few of the ladies don't know much about what their store actually carries), and has a fair amount of selection but the store is so messy and disorganized, it's hard to look for stuff there. They've got the different fabric types separated, but past that there's no rhyme or reason to how they sit on the shelf. At my LQS all the fabrics are separated by color and most times that's really nice. Sometimes I wish collections would be situated together though so I can see all of what comes in it. Can't have it every way though! :)

I will say the sales at Hancocks are good. Yesterday I ran in and bought a bottle of Mary Ellen's Best Press on sale for $4.99, 4 different fat quarters for $1.49 each and a random yard of Robert Kaufman fabric that I saw as I was walking out, and decided I had to have, for $6.99/yd, normally $9.99/yd.
