Today i went shopping at Joann's with a fellow board member. I only had $4 on me, but, hey, at Joann's sometimes i get a good deal.
I felt a tap on my shoulder and my dmil was in ther too! I figured since she didn't sew, she wanted me to make her something, which I love to do. instead, she gave me $20 to go fabric shopping!!!!!. My friend, who designs fabrics, picked out three beautiful fabrics for me to work with, while i'm recovering from hand and knee surgery. Aren't I lucky to have such a great MIL????

What a nice, sweet surprise. It's so good to hear how you feel about her. Many don't share those sentiments for their MIL's. I absolutely adored mine. She passed in '06 and I miss her everyday, but I'll see her again on earth so I'm not so sad.

I guess we could toss a coin.What a giving MIL.
