Should i be flattered?
I was searching the net for 60 degree diamond quilts and came upon this website: www.quiltersreview.com/ez-quilting-easy-six/
Well, lo and behold ... that is My quilt!!!! |
is it the close up pic?
|
Yes the tumbling blocks - blue, green and purple
|
if that is indeed your quilt, she should have asked permission to use it.
|
Wow. That's some nerve.
Maybe leave a note in the Comments section below to the effect of: Quilt by MarionsQuilts? Watson And yes, you should be flattered that someone wanted to use it to illustrate their point, even though they went about it the wrong way. It's a lovely quilt! |
They should've asked permission, but I guess I'd be flattered. They should give you credit at least.

Here is the picture of mine hanging on my wall ... I did leave a comment LOL
|
Did you use that ruler to make your quilt?
Personally I'd be miffed because the writeup really sounds like the blogger (Sharon Reed) is describing how she made the quilt pictured. |
I went to check it out also! Wow. Your comment isn't showing up tho. She might have it set to approve all comments. I think I would try a different way to connect with her. Not nice at all of her to do this. It does sound as tho she is saying she made that quilt. If she did make a quilt then she should be showing her own.
