Very pretty! I would definitely do a fill design around the flowers, some small stippling or pebbling. Nothing INSIDE the flowers though. You want them to stand out.

I think it looks great the way it is. Your quilting looks very nice, by the way.

I think it looks good as is. The only thing different that I do is I SID around each block if I'm going to put a motif in the center.

I would leave it alone. You've got the feather motif going on close enough. This way it looks like the feathers are a soft frame for the star flower. JMHO. Your work is beautiful!

I'm with the others. Your work is beautiful as it is. You could do more but it's not needed.

Thanks for all the great comments, I think I will leave it, I agree...less is more!!

I always audition my quilting from the back so I would see how it looked on the back. If the flower doesn't look lonely on the back then leave it. If the flower needs to be framed then stitch around each block.

So pretty, i too love it just the way it is!

depending on the look you want... stippling or pebbles outside the star would make the star pop. you're doing a great job!

I am making a throw with flowers in each square and feathers in the sashing. I know it's hard to see in the picture, but there's still room to sew around inside the flower, should I leave it or should I either sew around the flower or a square just a seam a half inch inside the box? Or any other suggestions???
