Very pretty! I would definitely do a fill design around the flowers, some small stippling or pebbling. Nothing INSIDE the flowers though. You want them to stand out.

I think it looks great the way it is. Your quilting looks very nice, by the way.

This was also my thought. You are doing a wonderful job, maybe complete the rest as started and then look at the whole quilt laying out, you can go back in & stitch in the ditch around the blocks then, it may need that to give the look you are aiming at?

I would leave it alone. You've got the feather motif going on close enough. This way it looks like the feathers are a soft frame for the star flower. JMHO. Your work is beautiful!

I'm with the others. Your work is beautiful as it is. You could do more but it's not needed.

Thanks for all the great comments, I think I will leave it, I agree...less is more!!

I always audition my quilting from the back so I would see how it looked on the back. If the flower doesn't look lonely on the back then leave it. If the flower needs to be framed then stitch around each block.

I, totally agree with QuiltnNan.

Or any other suggestions???

Looks great as it is. I'm not a fan of really close stitching.
