I don't have any now, but I made this quilt from feedsacks donated to our museum; I made them into this quilt using a pattern called "Habadashery". The fabric was a loose weave/low thread count and it took 8 to 10 sacks to make this.

I have some, but they are packed away in anticipation of a move. After that will try to remember that you wanted to see some. If you want, send me a PM so I have a reminder. Not sure when will be though, as I am just putting my house on market, and it needs to sell before I can move.

Ok...dummy here - don't know how to post the link ... if you "search" feed sacks up top in the search box it will pop up - it's only from a couple of days ago.....unless someone wants to tell me how to post the link. Sorry.

Here's something else - my Aunt Mary just sent me this photo from 1945 - the dress is made from a feed sack - my grandad - her dad - made the dress pattern and my gram (her mom) made the dress. She said she still remembers it - the background color was turquoise. [ATTACH=CONFIG]445621[/ATTACH]
