So your ironing one sheet of freezer paper on top of each other. Both pieces waxy side down. Then you spritz
paper with water. Next you iron over a Teflon sheet. The pieces fuse together and are stronger for using in templates. Is this right? I never knew freezer paper could shrink! Thanks for letting us all know.

I applied freezer paper to fabric for appliques and when I turn it over to the fabric side, I saw that the fabric was krinkly. I don't recall having that problem when I used freezer paper years ago. The current freezer paper does not look the same nor does it feel the same. For one, it's thinner and the "waxy" side is shinier. (is that a word?)

I spritz and shrink single pieces of paper then stack 2 pieces and fuse together.
