I like the middle one the best, too. But to be honest, it will look really nice regardless of what you pick out. Great job!

I would go with 1 or 3 but if #3 I wouldn't do the last little border because when you put on the binding it'll cover part of it up. Beautiful quilt!

While I like the middle one a lot, I wonder if the scale is too small to work with the quilt. I think the 3rd one works better because the scale of the border is larger and more in keeping with the size of the blocks, but it might be easier to decide if you laid the fabrics alongside the quilt in the proportions for each border and took a photo, that way you'd have a clear indication of how the proportions of each would work with the quilt and could look at them side by side to make a decision.
