I haven't purchased one because I've read a lot of negative things about them on here and other boards.

I have one, I like it. Others here do not. You have to buy different attachments for different size bindings. One of the issues that some have is that when it gets to a seam it tends to want to jam. I just give it a little tug and it works for me. Mine was a gift. Would I buy it, probably not even though I love mine. To me its quite pricey for what it does.

I have one and I like it. I did purchase a tip to make binding and that is what I use it for the most. As lea said, if it slows up just give a gentle pull.

I think if you can get it for 40-50% off or more, I would get it. I don't think it is worth the $80 price tag.

It makes short work of pressing long binding strips.

I received mine as a gift. I really like it. It saves me hours of ironing.
I have three tips I use the larger one the most. The one that takes 2 1/2" strips.

I have seen them for sale on Amazon.com for $65.00
