I was wondering if anyone has this machine and uses it with the knee control.

It is a knee control and there isn't any other way to operate the machine, is there? I have one on my Necchi. I rather like it now that I sprayed it and have it acting a little more responsive. I do have a 128, but mine has the foot control.
