I just picked up this cute little green machine from Craigslist. I am trying to find the serial number so I can date her. Does anyone know where to look? Can't seem to find it anywhere. The machine is heavy but seems to work, she really needs a day at the spa for a cleanup.

Aw, Congrat on the new Singer. Arent old machines fun? Both of my Singers have the serial numbers very visible, right on the front, by the base of the machine. I know I am not being clear....is there a tiny little plate there with numbers?
