I found a Singer 4166 at Tuesday Morning for $150 and bought it as an upgrade from my 30 year old White. Can I get some feedback on anyone who has used it? How is the durability? I don't expect it to last for 30 years, but would like something greater than 6 months to a year!

my brand new Singer died totally after a little under a year. It was a $300 machine. I'm sorry. :( I hope you have better luck than I did.
