SITD or Stipple?

I made a quilt on the idea of a rail fence. My problem is the quilting. Should I stitch in the ditch or do meandering? I also have a embroidery machine that I can do several different quilting patterns. I normally just do squares and meander for the quilting but I'd like to do something different. What would you suggest for a rail fence. I'm not sure of the name of the quilt but it's sort of like a rail fence

I make a lot of simple baby quilts and almost always use the meander or stipple the quilt. I vary it by adding a butterfly, flower of leaf throughout the pattern. If you do a search you will find lots of ideas that use a meander with a variation.

The last one I quilted I did a large meander in one block and a large flower in the next one - like a checkerboard. My blocks weren't all rail fences, but I'd do the same if they were.

Meandering, a larger version of stippling, is easiest for me. Don't get upset if it is 'off.' With meandering no one knows anyway. A good place to start.

thanks for the suggestions. I guess it's meandering.
