sizzix big shot pro or EQ7

I am working memorial day for overtime and wanted to use the money for a quitling puchase, not sure which one. I have the big shot and about 10 dies, mostly applique, but want some of the bigger dies, don't fit in the little one but do in the big one and want to use the accuquilt dies as well which also don't fit in the little one. I however I do not have the money yet for the dies I want to use that cost about 60-80 dollars a piece. If I get EQ7 I can play around with it but not sure if I would use it right away or if it would sit for like a couple years before I touch it. What would your choice be. Whatever I don't get I want for my birthday or christmas, birthday is in august and can have my hubby get me gift cards to joanns so I can get what I want for the sizzix or accuquilt

I suppose it would depend on whether you want to design (EQ7) or cut (Sizzix) I have the Sizzix Westminster and a small quilt program called Quilt Design Wizard. It isn't much, but it meets my needs as far as designing goes. I bought it to see if I would want a full EQ program down the road. It has been 5 years and I've opened the program maybe 3 times. I like to use patterns. I look at patterns the same way I look at recipes - I want the end results to look like the picture, I don't want to figure out how to create it. I consider my Sizzix a tool I use to make the pattern look like the picture. I would give up all but one of my sewing machines before I would consider parting with my Sizzix.

I use EQ7 almost daily and couldn't do without it. A rotary cutter is all I need or want for cutting. For me it would be an easy choice. But that doesn't mean that you would be happy with the same decision.
