Has anyone been to a "sleep at home quilt retreat"? Other than not including lodging and most meals are they any different than a regular retreat? I've signed up for one in Saginaw at the end of July so I was wondering if there is anything that I need to be sure to bring.

Sounds like you have to commute each day. Are you close?

Apparently they do a sleep at home retreat every month. I've never been so I am hoping it is good. |
Sounds like you would sew each day at their location and then go home at night to your own bed. Check about security if machines are left overnight. Also are meals included or do you bring your own food. We do one for our bee but it is just for us and we do leave all our stuff at the person's house that hosts the retreat. We all bring different dishes for different meals on Friday and Saturday and go home Saturday evening.
