Slidelock

Hi Everyone

I am thinking about buying the Slidelock rulers. I would be interested in knowing if the ones that are lighted make a difference? Also, I would like to know from those of you who have them whether you have to exert a lot of pressure to hold them down and how you like or dislike them.

Thanks

I bought them in Paducah and I like them, and I like using the strips to help keep them from slipping. I have been very pleased with them.

I've had one for over 2 years, love it. I have the lighted one, worth the cost.

Mine's not lighted, but I love it. Not hard to use at all, just place your palm ontop of the handle and lean on it a bit when you cut with your other hand.

I couldn't rotary cut without it. Shoulder problems. It's been a wise purchase for me.

I have them and I love them

It's not really lighted just easier to see in the light. I use mine with every cut.

I have both sizes and really, really like them. Age seems to impact my strength and they don't slip and give you funky cuts.

I've wanted to try them but my worry is how do the measurements compare to an Olfa ruler. I needed a new 6.5 square-up ruler and bought a Creative Grids. The measurements where not the same as the Olfa, so I had to buy another Olfa. I find different brands have different measurements so I stick with the Olfa brand.
