A crumb quilt would be a nice way to use them.

There's crumb blocks, confetti blocks(or whatever they're called), applique. There's something you can do with them. If they're too small for crumb or applique and you don't want to do the confetti, save them up for stuffing animal beds and donate to the local Humane Society.
