I find that the solid fabric I can buy for quilting usually but not always isn't the quality of most of the quilting prints that I use. Is there somewhere a person can buy a finer quality solid cotton fabric? What is your favorite solid brand?

I like the kona solids and also Moda solids
|
I like kono solids.
|
I prefer Kona solids as well
|
I have used the P&B Color Spectrum solids a lot. They have a higher thread count than many other fabrics and are perfect for my purposes. Unfortunately they are not longer available here in Germany and I am going to try the Moda Bella Solids. I don't like the Kona Cottons, they are too coarse for me.

I think Kona is kind of unwieldy for applique work. |
I really like Kona cottons. They hold up so well.

I vote Moda Bella Solids. I use them all the time.
