You could take this little survey and put it into a Father’s Day card, put it on a piece of construction
paper with a picture of the child or a hand print, laminate the survey as a gift, or anything else you can think of. Anyway you do it, Dad will get a chuckle out of the answers and it will help him to see himself through his child’s eyes!
