I also try to keep my hands warm all the time. When I go outside (even here in FL.) if it's cold I wear warm gloves. Other than that I take acetaminophen for the pain. It works quickly and lasts a long time. Flexing the fingers frequently helps too. 8-) |
Soaking in very warm Epson Salts helps.

My daughter buys the gel in a tube at her massage therapist's office. I bought the roll-on at a place like Walgreen, CVS, or WalMart. Can't remember which.
