You might want to check out Gingher snips . I have used them for years , Joann's with coupon . Come sharp or blunt . Karen

I second the motion on these scissors. I call them the duck bill scissors. Really good for cutting close. I have also had the Ghinger dressmaker shears and have them for many years.

These are my absolute favorite scissors for hand work and clipping. The are amazing and cut cleanly and sharply from the tip to the back.
