I love the spicy spiral table runner. I thought I saw a tutorial on here somewhere. I have searched and can't seem to find it.

It really is fun to make. The pattern is good but the ruler is expensive.

Go to search and type in spicey spiral table runner. There is a breif tute there. The thing she doesn't tell you is how long and wide to make the strips. Anyone have this answer for us please??? Thanks millions, Janice

you really need the pattern for that and it is a copyrighted pattern. the ruler is also available through phillip fiber arts and there are other patterns to make with the 10 degree ruler

I took a class this last May at a LQS cause the pattern really confused me just reading it. Made sense once I took the class. The teacher did have some really good hints about doing this. 1. Do a sheet with the 8 colors in the order you want them. I referred to this a lot when sewing it together. 2. Use your longest stitch and baste the top and bottom of the stripped pieces cause once you start cutting all the different lengths, trying to keep it together can be a problem.
