I am trying to figure out how to make smaller runners, and the strip width is what is hard to calculate. I think I will just take play with it, and hopefully figure it our.

The original size is too big for my table. I left out the 2 longest wedge cuts and it fit perfect. Looks good also.

I'm so glad I wasn't the only one that found the instructions hard to understand, I had one heck of a time and thought it was me. I used the 10 degree ruler and just kept cutting, turns out you have quite a bit of the stratas left over and can finish cutting them so you end up with as many strips as you need. I had to skip the first measured cut, too.

I noticed this about the pattern too. What I think they are doing is giving you the reading off the ruler, not the actual measurement. They actually do mention that once very breifly in the instructions.
