I have an old can of spray baste that I bought about 8 to 10 yrs ago and never used. Think it"s still good?????

Test it on a scrap and see how it performs.

Also wash the test piece to make sure it does not stain and removes nicely.

I would not use it. Over time everything breaks down to another composition. There is no telling exactly what has happened to your contents. You could have staining that may not appear immediately, it could be more acidic, the list is long. How bad would you feel if the fibers in your quilt were damaged? , thats the risk.
I just would not risk it even if it was just made from scraps.

I agree with Lori. Chemicals change over time. You could ruin your quilt with old spray.

Agree. I would replace it. Have you ever opened a can of paint that's been sitting for ten years? Yuck!
