I was putting my stitch regulator on my Juki, and the spring that is on one of my sensors, sprung across the room. Imagine my terror, in my sewing room, trying to find a tiny little spring. I was tearing through all my fabric on that side of the room, freaking out, finally I found it, I haven't been relieved that much for a long time. Has that ever happened to anyone, when something flew across the room and got lost in your stash.

Oh, my. If your stash is anything like mine, I can just imagine the look on your face when it happened. I never had anything "fly" into it like that, but I did lose a card and envelope that was supposed to go with a quilt I was gifting. Panicked and searched for hours...turns out it had somehow slipped under the cutting mat...grrrrr!

No, but one of the screws that hold the foot plate on my long arm fell on the floor. had to buy a new one.

If I loose anything small in my sewing area I can count on Otis (cat) to find it and cart it out into the rest of the house within a week. LOL I hate to loose things in that room!

Well, I said a few choice words, and my friend on the phone said, Oh, My what happened! LOL

I haven't lost a spring, but, I was cleaning my Husquvarna Sapphire 875 and the little scissor that cuts thread automatically flew into the bobbin racer. I tried to get it out with tweezers, dropped it and now it is floating around in the bottom of the machine. No more automatic thread cutter, and I will have to take it to the shop where I bought and have them get it out. I was reading the manual to see if I could do it, and it says it big, bold letters...Be careful when cleaning around the bobbin for the little cutter blade...DUH!!! If anyone has any suggestions...I'm listening.

I lost an earring once. I thought I had lost it while out for the evening. Imagine my surprise when we moved 5 years later and found it behind a dresser in my dressing closet. It must have come off when I was changing and didn't know it! LOL
