Stabilizer question
 

I am making a table runner that has "tear away" stabilizer - If this is left in places will it wash or is that a mistake to use it if it doesn't say "wash away" ;)

If it only says tear away, the 'crumbs' will not wash out, but they will soften. Tweezers help.
