I was looking at Connecting Threads latest catalog and they listed, fat quarters, fat eights, jelly's and charms but they also listed "stacks"....hmmm, I dunno what a stack is?

According to page 47 in the new catalog, a stack is their new 10" squares cut from a collection.

I thought that was a cake!

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Moda originated the names, jelly rolls, cakes, etc. So I'm guessing that when other companies make pre cuts they have to call them something else??

Geez! This old mind of mine can't keep all of this straight. LOL I do good to keep the names of the Companies straight, so now I have to try to remember cakes, stacks, etc. also? I'll just buy Fat Qtrs & cut my own. LOL Easier.
