would anyone be able to send me information on a stack and wack quilt. I am curious as to how much material you would need? Maybe it depends on how close your repeat is and how many repeats you would need. Thanks

If you do the pin wheel you will need 8 repeats.
Try and get the pinwheel pattern. It has all the information yu need for this pattern.
The books have other dedigns in it and depending on how many sections that is the number of repeats you will need.
I found the pinwheel pattern most useful.

Thank you for your reply.I am thrilled with the pictures but think it is not for a beginner as me. I won't give up that is for sure.

I got the first book but haven't done anything with it yet. I think the hardest thing is to select the right fabric. Decisions Decisions......

Hey! It's a great beginner project. I think my third quilt was a One Block Wonder...very forgiving of not-quite-matched seams! LOL

You can get both Stack and Whack and OBW books from your library :wink: :D:D:D
