Staggered Flying Geese

Has anyone made these without doing them paper pieced? And if you have... is there a resource out there you can post?

There’s a YouTube of it at Deb Tucker’s site, but you have to buy her pattern to get the measurements for anything other than the one she shows on the video. I did find this on QB, though: https://www.quiltingboard.com/tutori...se-t43812.html

I figured mine out by watching the YouTube video Migrating Geese-Fast and Fun! It was by the Deb Tucker's Studio. She wants you to order the instructions for different sizes but it isn't hard to figure them out.

That was a very helpful video, thanks.

I looked at this site and then made a sample. I cut the two background squares at 4 1/2 inches and made the geese square 1/2 inch larger, 5 inches. By using the "half inch larger" measurement, the backgrounds overlap enough to make a 1/4 inch seam allowance on the side of the border.
