P>M> me if you don't get it elsewhere, I do have it, I just have to find it.

IF it is the Star Spin pattern I am thinking of all it is made of is log cabin blocks cut in 1/2 corner to corner for the big 'spin' and log cabin blocks cut in 1/4 for the smaller part of the spin. The tute on here is a little different than the pattern...

Copying patterns to send to others is a violation of copyright law...iow, it's illegal.
You can easily buy your own pattern at either of these two retailers.

Or one of the two girls that have the pattern can "give" it to you and when you are done ..."give" it back.......geeeeeeeez!

The easiest way to make a spinning star is to piece strip sets. The width and number of strips in the sets determines the look of the final star. This is how I make mine.

Am I missing something? I didn't see where anyone said they were going to copy it.

Seems the "Quilt Police" has extended their territory, it's pretty dangerous to assume. If we didn't share patterns, whats the point? Sure you can't COPY a pattern on a copier, but to share is different. The "QPs" need to give up their badges. LOL
